of Energy (DOE) so the RSPEC program could continue on without government funding.
Randy L. Martin used to co-lead the program when he worked for the DOE
Denver Regional Office.

Museum is located in Shanghai, China and is like a Museum of
Science and Industry here in the states, but concentrates on
